I highly recommend listening to the stock pads first. Adjust them for comfort and sound. Avoid having them pinch the top of your ears... Wear them slightly lower... Ymmv

I prefer the stock L-pads on my RS2x as well.

Enjoy the music the best you can... It's not a test...
