Oh so it's not just reversing the 2 pin on my cable and then putting it in the iem 2 pin slot ! Some sort of surgery required here ! Sounds tough. I'm sure i will mess this up.

@mekap i can see a dot on the cable near the 2 pin connector left and right sides. But my cable the EA Code 23 has ear hooks. How do i reverse the 2 pin, the ear hook goes below the ears then ! This is just weird ! It sounds weird too ! I tried it :slight_smile:

@mekap what does turning the socket 180 degrees mean ? I use an Effect Audio cable. Can you show us a picture of what this means ! I just plug in the ea cable the way its meant to.

Honestly the Enigma+ sometimes makes me feel good on some tracks and sometimes not quite so good on other tracks. Stage / Details / treble are just words to express these feelings that s all.

I agree its not as detailed as it should be . But is very musical and has great Mids. Bass is good but Im finding the v16 BA bass to be better.

This from the middle of the cranium makes the Enigma sound a little narrow. atleast to me.

How does the H7 sound with the Enigma ? I also had this sibilance problem but not so much now with Softears/Tangzu Tips. Effect Audio Eros S also causes Sibilance in the Enigma+. But now i like the combination.

This is true. For me ibasso dx 320 and Qobuzz are the best sounding. Even the 192 flac and dsd sound good.tidal and Spotify Dont sound upto the mark

The black lower has been very difficult for me to digest because of the enhanced bass. Maybe I will try it again later. I am currently trying the Golden Lower + Blue Top. The extra sibilance seems to suit me fine.

This has been a mystery for me. Eros s + Ares + code 23was 2 pin and fit quite nicely with imr. However Thieaudio cable did not fit at all. So I don't know which works and what doesn't anymore !
