Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7b Impressions & Discussion Thread
I switch off between Shure SRH1540, Sennheiser HD660S2, Meze 109 Pro, and Audio-Technica ATH-MRS7b. I am the same way. I switch off often. I also have Lotoo Paw Gold Touch, Sony NW-WM1Z, Sony NW-WM1A, and Sony NW-A55. Today ATH-MRS7B sounds amazing, but I haven't listened to them for six...- Quadfather

New top Lotoo Mjolnir
The modular Shanling M30 Pro sounds interesting. I hadn't considered Cayin N30. https://en.shanling.com/article-M30665Module.html- Quadfather

Meze Audio 109 Pro
I like the 109 Pro with a limited amount of music. Meditation, chakra, rieki, and jazz are all great on it. For my tastes overall: 1) Shure SRH1540 2) Sennheiser HD660S2 3) Audio-Technica ATH-MRS7b 4) Meze 109 Pro All are 4.4mm balanced. I had the Empyrean on tour for two weeks. I kept...- Quadfather

Sennheiser HD 660S2 thread
The SRH1540 headphones seem to be smoother, yet musical. They have a wider soundstage and are slightly recessed in the mids. Some complain of a midbass hump, but I don't hear it.
