For me, it still lacks air / high treble to be considered TOTL. At least, with my most common sources. It is better with the A&K CA1000, it gives Voltage some extra air. Shame the A&K is not as portable as the DX160.

Every 64audio has a reduction in the upper mids frequencies that makes the sound a bit more relaxed, but not less coherent (at least for me), and it has a great impact making the scene bigger.

U4s is an improved (for me) and funnier version of the U12t, but with DD bass (the U6t is the simplified version of the U12t) 😉

No need to brain adjustment is really important. Every time I have needed brain adjustment, I have finished selling the IEM or headphone. I think I would use 011 and 111, depending the album. The cable is aesthetically made for the Aetha 😍

Well, OK, not upper mids but lower treble. They say 5-6 kHz area is too bright. Jaytiss even EQ them with -4 dBs... But, wow, I had the U12t, and with the MX is definitely not my thing. Too plain, almost no bass. I better forget about it 😅

No, it doesn't. It sounds really well. I like it more than without the EQ.
