Oh, you got 5A/152M drivers. Aren't they nice? You can get 1 more pair and run them in Sakuma style. Try the EL11 as drivers and the EL12 spez as powers very nice sounds. I love my EL3N in Sakuma style, the tonality is clear, rich, full and very dynamic.

Very good catch @crakers7. My 2 pairs of Tesla and 1 GE all have 8 pins and a pair of Matsushita has 7 pins.

Have a chance to listen to my 4 pairs of EL34 together. They all sound great and beautiful. The warmest is Tesla Blue Cobalt, very good for bright headphones. Then the clear Tesla, Matsushita EL34 is very neutral and GE is the brightest one.

Here El11 with EL39. I prefer EL11 and EL12 spez more, EL11 and EL39 have a little more bass and everything else sounds recess to my ears.

So an organic combination. Ken Rad 5Y3GT (rectifier), Telefunkun EL12 (power tubes) and Siemens EL11 (drivers tubes). Super smooth, clear, so dynamic, beautiful and harmonious sounds. Listen to this song from the Eagles with this combination is a treat.

My Telefunken EL12 spez has arrived with 4 friends, ITT 5B/254M. Adapters for 5B/254M should be here at the end of the week. My first impressions of the EL12 spez, top end is fabulous, very clear, airy, neutral and beautiful vocals.

As far as I know, Matsushita bought Mullard factories and Mullard also transferred their technology to Matsushita. Some of their tubes have the same sound.

I have a pair of Matsushita 6BQ5, when compared to the Russian 6P14P. It sounds like you described the Mullard EL84. I wonder whether they used the same factory tools as Mullard.
