Hmm I'd take the LG V30 since it's cheap and has a built in quad DAC and pair it with a budget set like the Wan'er, Zero 2, Trio, or Wyvern Black. All cheap and easily replaceable if lost/stolen.

I personally think ivipQ are the superior cables. I do think Xinhs are great as well though. Another good cablemaker is Hakugei but some people have had QC issues with connectors or terminations soldering so YMMV. I've been wanting to try a Yongse cable with swappable connectors like the EA cables.
