    The guy you should talk to is "Kai" but you will need to contact him through e mail. Go to the contact section on the website & hopefully you two connect soon. He has more experience with TWS troubleshooting than I do.

    I think that's a loss connection situation. Try this: Leave the left side outside of the charge case Keep the right side in the charge case Press and hold the reset button for approximately 10 seconds.

    The only identical part shared between the FoKus Triumph and the Falcon Max is the Xmems Cowell driver.

    The drivers are essentially stacked, bass under the planar, planar is suspended above the bass driver. For me, I place my glasses above the cushion to assure 0 leakage, but YMMV.

    I was there at the Noble table, I'm not aware of any Triumphs being offered for sale. They were on display, along with the price, but that doesn't mean they were "available for purchase" They they were "available" for a trial session. If someone expressed interest to buy them, they were told...
