Anyone got this issue where one album inside have disc 1 and disc 2, shouldn't it be play disc 1 album tracks 1-10 but my its disc 1 and disc 2 get mixed up ( track 1-1,track 2-1, track 1-2, 2-2.... so on) any tips on how to solve it or deal with it? 

Hmm... Is there differences among the Fiio amp products like e12, e17k and e18? Looking for an amp for my Fiio 3ii. Yet to test all the amp, would like to see your opinion about it.

ya, it happen the same thing today. Didnt care much about it at first, thought it might be my cable. Now that you said it, probably is software issue hopefully it not hardware problem. For the button its work fine for me. 

What does DAC mode mean? Does it only works on just window, what about Mac/Linux? Am going back to my local store to swap in a new one.

Yes, i did that. It still appear white screen, does it show white screen at first or show player menu? yet to play with it, already got trouble, somehow i cant shut down the device now, had to hold press shortcut key and shutdown button in order to close it. Also the small LED light is blue...

yup, definitely is spoilt piece of crap. dammit. always got myself in some sort of bad luck in audio equipment. the first time was i un-open a brand new earpiece, the driver is spoilt. 10 mins now its still in white screen. PLUS i waited 1 week for it to arrive. OMG let me listen to it PLEASE...

Just bought Fiio X3ii few hours ago, switch on the device it kept on show the white screen of death. this is normal?

Get a Custom One pro since its suitable for you, it works well on phone unlike those two which require an amp to drive its full potential.
