Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

Same here. When I upgraded to Mojo 2, I had planned to cut the little leather piece, but after using it as-is, I found that it's location above the volume+ button was functional. I can quickly determine which are the volume +/- without picking up the device and looking. I also prefer the red...

    Focal Utopia General Discussion

This. I tried it out based on the praise it gets. So glad the company has a decent return policy. Spent the week I had it A/B'ing with my Forza Hybrid cable and the stock cable, source was Hugo 2. As said here, the thickness was just too much. Not just that, but it's stiff as well. The whole...

Plug headphones into iFi audio GO link for supercharged sound!

So figured this issue out, but iFi support wasn't helpful. All iFi support told me to do was try another PC, which I did and it was the same thing. I told iFi support this and they just went silent. I poked around iFi's Download Hub some more and noticed they had a Windows Driver download for...

Longevity Advice for new IEM- Moving on from Shure.

This post resonates with me. I used to be a big Shure fan, starting with the SE846 and moving up to the KSE1200. What's surprising is my earpieces of the much more expensive 1200 began breaking apart at the seams after 2-3 years of ownership (i.e. when you press on the earpieces, you can...

Plug headphones into iFi audio GO link for supercharged sound!

No, this is my first time trying to update it, and I can't even make an attempt to update it.

Plug headphones into iFi audio GO link for supercharged sound!

Has anyone not been able to get the firmware update software to detect their device? No matter what I do, it always just says "No device is available". I've tried plugging in my Go-Link to every USB-C port I have on my XPS 15, Win11 laptop, tried both the V1.2 and V1.1 firmware update utilities...

Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

I can totally relate. There's been so many times I've started a trip and I want to chill on a train and listen and bam, for no good reason BubbleUPnP just doesn't see the Poly despite it actually connected to my phone via hotspot (I can see it connected on GoFigure). This is when I roll my eyes...

Sennheiser IE900 Review, Measurements, & Harman Target Talk

Sounds like the Mojo 2 could be for you, especially since you don't want a Chinese unit. It's great with the IE 900. But what your budget is is important.

Chord Electronics - Hugo 2 - The Official Thread

The Sennheiser IE 900 is fantastic with the H2, and a sizeable step up from the SE846 (I have both IEMs). Also have the KSE1200, which is even another step up but in detail, it can come off as a bit sterile with the H2 (I prefer the Mojo 2 with it). Ultimately recommend the IE 900, it pairs...

Chord Electronics - Hugo 2 - The Official Thread

It's best you ping Chord support. Rob is a consultant for them, and also the 2go isn't even a product he developed.

Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

This is what I do and it works well, I'm able to use Poly and use the internet on the phone just fine. It even works if I happen to have access to wifi (i.e. on a train), you can still set the phone's hotspot on and have the Poly connect to it. This isn't the most graceful way to make the...

Sennheiser IE900 Review, Measurements, & Harman Target Talk

Interesting, thanks for sharing. Good to know they would own their mistake and support after warranty. I bet a lot of companies would just stay silent and just follow warranty rules. On another note, in light of the current conversations, I'll add my experience to the mix. I've had driver...

Chord Electronics - Hugo 2 - The Official Thread

Technically, no, I haven't actually used the Mojo 2 with the IE800S. I had upgraded to the IE900 prior to getting the Mojo 2. But I felt like my opinion would have good value to your question, so I commented. Hopefully someone with the direct experience will help out. But I imagine the IE800S...

Chord Electronics - Hugo 2 - The Official Thread

I enjoyed the Hugo 2 and IE800S pairing (before upgrading to the IE900). The sound signature pairing was very good, because the IE800S's treble is tamed and the low-end is strong (opposite that of the Hugo 2). That said, I would ultimately say that the Hugo 2 is somewhat overkill for the IE800S...

    Sony WF-1000XM5

I noticed I now always have to go into the Developer settings to set the bitrate to best audio instead of best effort, where before the update it would just stick to best audio. Never been the biggest deal, but annoying to revert back to having to do that. Anyone else seeing that?

    Sony WF-1000XM5

That's interesting. I had the same problem when running (or any exercise really). Turning ANC off solved the thumping for me (stock tips) 🤷

    Sony WF-1000XM5

No, it's the ANC. Turning it off eliminates the thump. Only way I could exercise with them.

Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

I 100% agree with the charging times for all their products (same for the Hugo 2 / 2go), it's appallingly slow. But don't think the battery life is out of the ordinary.

Sennheiser IE900 Review, Measurements, & Harman Target Talk

Love it with my Mojo2/Poly combo, though the Poly isn't quite as easy to use as Bluetooth, so I cautiously recommend it. Worth it to me, superb sounding portable system.

    Sony WF-1000XM5

Had the XM5 since launch and no dropouts to speak of, and I travel a bunch (planes, trains, walking in public, etc.). Samsung Fold 3 on LDAC.
