No!!!!!!! https://www.audioreviews.org/tin-hifi-t2-plus-review-jk/ "...The Tin Hifi T2 Plus have a tonality very similar to the $99 Tin Hifi T4 and are moving even further away from the original T2’s analytical and sterile tonality. It is a bit smoother overall with the T4’s sonic edges...

@1TrickPony: Good points: 1. Balanced: hmmm, balanced at moderate volumes...gets shouty at higher volumes...will have to think about it....and removed the term. That happened when you work on different ends of a review at different times. 2. That's a manufacturer's preference based on...

The $23 1+1 KBEAR KS2 is a V-shaped earphone well done. A very lively, dynamic sound without anything overbearing. The soundstage is huge in all directions but the mids are rather recessed. Coming to Head-Fi soon.

Hey, I hope it will still work when I re-connect it. I shot down my original T2 that way. By the way, way more discussion of this stuff on my FB group.

No idea - I stay away from the connectors...the cable came attached and that's it for me! The cable itself looks and feels good. I have not posted reference to my review here because there are people going around reporting "double postings" to the admins. And I put it on the discovery thread...

Hey kenz, wait for the Tin Hifi T2 Plus...it is not shouty and has a super accurate tonality. A great generation of budget DDs right now.

There is quite an evolution in Moondrop's single DD tuning: from Harman Kardon Neutral to Diffuse Field Neutral. I did not like the KPE at all, but loved the Crescent, Spaceship, and Starfield. Don't know the KXXS but can live without it since I have the Starfield. Ever been to 三星堆?

OK! This from my blog... This is a darn good earphone! What stands out so far – after limited listening time – is: Signature: fast driver, strikes the balance between neutral/analytical and “musical/fun”…whatever that means (neutral midrange is Moondrop’s house tuning; new is a toned-down...
