New Audeze LCD3
Quote: Yes. I was talking about LCD-3. I asked about how it does for spoken words, because unless it's a trained musician who knows very well how an instrument sounds, we know how spoken words sound (in terms of naturalness) better.- ulogin

New Audeze LCD3
So should I bother having it RMA'ed, if I prefer HD650 over rev. 1 and HE500 in terms of (a) tonal balance and (b) naturalness? It does not have to be classical music or acoustic music. Can someone use his to watch a movie, and tell me how rev. 2 does for spoken words?- ulogin

New Audeze LCD3
Quote: I agree with you. It's superb in many aspects. I am just not happy about it's tonal balance and naturalness. As I said, I would rather pick up HD650 for classical music and acoustic music. That's why i wonder if I should bother having it RMA'ed- ulogin

New Audeze LCD3
I am sure it's been discussed before, but could someone tell me how rev. 1 and rev. 2 differs in tonal balance and naturalness? I mean I am happy with LCD-3 for rock, electronic, pop, and other processed music. However, I am quite unhappy with it for vocal, classical, and acoustic music. Indeed...- ulogin

How To: O2 with Triple Gain Switch (1x, 2.5x, and 6.5x)
As a general rule, amps perform better at lower gain settings -- the sound is cleaner, background darker, soundstage bigger, and sound less congested! Take O2 as an example. It is considered by many as TOTL comparable; it provides enough juice for power-hungry orthodynamic phones with its...- ulogin
