nope it's off in that position (og euforia, not the evo or the AE), just unplugged my left side of my headphone and tested it that way. If the switch is pushed on the "1" side the left channel also comes out of the right channel. Should have done this earlier lol...But yeah I feel like an idiot...

for people that worry about QC issues with 64audio their iems, I have owned my u12t for the past 5 years and no issues with them whatsoever :). Sometimes you can be unlucky with any brand but so far they are holding up fine.

I did the same with my px8 after getting the bathys, the px8 just sounds very muddy in comparison to the bathys in my opinion. I have heard more engaging headphones (albeit non wireless) than the px8 that aren't as bloated and personally I'd even take the momentum 3 over the PX8.
