Same here as @cooperpwc I wipe mine down after each use and they still look nice and clear.

I prefer the J3 to the iPhone 4 as a DAP.

uelover I see that you are using the TWag cable have you burned in the cable because it needs around 300 hours on it to sound its best.

It sounds like a fit issue to me.  I would suggest getting new impressions open mouth this time and have your audiologist send them back to Westone.

One thing I do before putting mine in is cup my hands around each earpiece and breath on them a couple of times to warm up the vinyl tips.  It was mentioned earlier in this thread as a tip.

The difference between universal and custom Iems is very noticeable.

Have the reseller you bought them through contact Westone and make the change.

The S:Flo does sound great with the ES5's but the UI is a bit difficult to use.  The Cowon J3 I think sounds just as good but with way better battery life and much better UI.
