Correct. When I turn the knob, it feels as if it’s scratching the case. However, ensuring there’s a slight gap fixed the issue. Now it’s smooth as ever. The new knob is definitely more premium feeling than the one that came with the Lokius.

Definitely a good idea. The Lyr+ is a good amp, but just a different flavor (compared to Lyr 3).

Not sure yet. I have the Bifrost 2/64 and the combo with the Lyr+ makes the setup more neutral than what I’m used to. I enjoy a bit of warmth and darkness. I may swap the old Bifrost card in to see how that sounds. I’m using a tung sol tube. Going to try my Shuguang treasure tomorrow.

Thanks. Still listening for impressions. Also, getting used to the change in volume since it's now only listenable starting at the 12 o'clock position on low gain (lyr 3 started at about 8 for me).

I'm experiencing the same thing with my Lyr+. Listenable volume starts at 12 o'clock. Initially, I was thinking it wasn't outputting any sound.
