The Elex pads are black and the Clear pads are silver. Other than the color, they are exactly the same.

Yea, hopefully they go out before schedule. We got our QC units yesterday (we have our partners send us some units off the production line as soon as they're ready) and they look great so everything is going according to plan.

Hey friends, just for clarification, the 4XX does not ship with a case. I suspect Mshenay got this pair as one of the loaners that's floating around, and they may have come to him with a case, but I can assure you, these do not come with a case by default.

Saw the thread, got excited. Saw the description, got more excited. Saw the price, got waaay less excited.    I won't have an opinion until I hear them and see the measurements, but ~$2000 is a lot to live up to.

Yup fair point, but it's important to note the K553 was not a collaboration (Denoted by the "Massdrop x Company" branding). We don't do a great job surfacing this information so I can understand the confusion. 

  Yup, these are a Massdrop Collaboration and will remain exclusive to our platform. We're working on a launch schedule for our collaborations so everyone has a better idea of when what products will be available. 

  Nope, we don't do satisfaction based returns or post-drop cancelations unless there are deeply extenuating circumstances (vendor is multiple weeks late on delivery, shipping barge sinks, etc).
