iBasso IT01 a fun IEM. Single multilayered graphene driver. !! 99 USD !!
Okay, so I've had the it01 for a while now and like them. Recently, I've had a weird issue - not with the stock cable but with a null audio brevity cable. I've tried switching the cables with other brevity cables and it seems to be similar so I'm wondering what the issue might be . I get cut...- Hotzigetty

How to connect a balanced 2.5 mm cable to a 3.5 mm output?
If you're going from 2.5 mm balanced to 3.5 mm single ended, you'll need something like this: https://www.amazon.com/L26-Female-Balanced-Output-Adapter/dp/B01N10RBPW Edit: your first link - unsure if its balanced female to unbalanced male. Your second link, however, seems to be 3.5 mm to 2.5...- Hotzigetty

[FiiO μBTR ] Bluetooth receiver || Qualcomm CSR8645 Bluetooth chip || independent local volume control || aptX support || 9 hour battery life
Just some feedback on behalf of a friend who owns one but is not on the forum: when connected to two devices (in this example, MBP and P20pro), listening to music on the MBP, with the P20pro on silent mode, when a notification comes in on the P20pro, there's a small cut out of music playback...- Hotzigetty

Massdrop PLUS Universal IEM
Well, the Null audio brevity cable is cheap, well built for the price and I believe express shipping costs 22 bucks. Worth it IMO.- Hotzigetty

FiiO Q1MKII- Native DSD Support, XMOS USB DAC chip, DAC AK4452, 20 hours
I had a couple of issues. With different USB C to Micro B (even those supposed to have the host end on the type C end) and with the S8 OTG adaptor, the Q1mkii still charged from the S8. The other issue was that it took some time for the phone to recognize that the Q1mii was attached and I wasnt...- Hotzigetty

Thanks for clearing that up. The issue for me was the photos don't clearly show the shape (or how it compares vs the IT03). More interested in the IT01 now (and the IT04 if it is similarly shaped).- Hotzigetty

iBasso IT01 a fun IEM. Single multilayered graphene driver. !! 99 USD !!
Question about the fit - I had to let go of the IT03 as the "lock" pinched when in place and I couldn't wear it for more than 30 minutes. Is the "lock" (or whatever the correct term is) similar/same on the IT01?- Hotzigetty
