Damn my pair died. It's the cable but I don't have skills to repair and the pads were totally shot anyway. They're not the most comfortable but damn do I love the sound. I've replaced these with a pair of Shure SRH440 and I think the JVC S400 are better. I'm probably gonna buy a new pair but...

I would never train with in ear stuff. I would go for earbuds or nothing. Might be a personal preference but I like to know what's going around me because I care about my safety in general

I wouldn't waste anymore time with IEM. Get a high-end earbud MX980 from Sennheiser or something. My ear canals are also pretty weird. Can't use IEM at all
