Ok, that's what mine look like.   Most likely I got the real deal, I just found it odd how easy the box was to open. There were no really noticeable sign of wear on the box or headphones, though.

I was concerned that they could actually be fake, but it is possible that they could just be refurbished due to the package being so easy to open. Is there any easy way to tell if they have been refurbished or not? And is it really a big deal if they are?
