Sony h.ear on MDR-100AAP - $199 'Hi-Res Audio' Over-Ear Headphones
Thank you for being so helpful! I think I may have tried the MDR-1 (forgot the exact model) a while ago in store, but at the time I preferred the HP50's sound over it. Maybe it wasn't the 1A. I did just ordered a pair of MDR100 and see how much I'll like it. If I didn't like its sound that...- YingTK

Sony h.ear on MDR-100AAP - $199 'Hi-Res Audio' Over-Ear Headphones
I should have specified the issues I have with the HP50 was due to the depth of the earcup. I agree trying in store doesn't help much, as I had to wear the HP50 for more than on hour to start feeling the pressure. Otherwise it felt pretty comfortable first. My ears are not that large, and fits...- YingTK

Sony h.ear on MDR-100AAP - $199 'Hi-Res Audio' Over-Ear Headphones
Wow, thanks for the comparison! Your description on the HP50 is pretty much spot on on its highlight! I do listen to mainly vocals and the HP50 is so far the pair I like the most among multiple headphones I tried within the price range. I usually bring it with me, and it sounds great at...- YingTK

Sony h.ear on MDR-100AAP - $199 'Hi-Res Audio' Over-Ear Headphones
Thanks for your quick response! I do have the NAD hp50, and like you, I had to adjust the clamping force to make it comfortable for me. I also agree loosening it too much decreases bass, I have had same experience as well. It took me a while to get a balance between the clamping force and the...- YingTK

Sony h.ear on MDR-100AAP - $199 'Hi-Res Audio' Over-Ear Headphones
Anyone done a comparison between the 100aap and say the NAD HP50? (if not, the original momentum will be great as well). I love the sound of the HP50, but just wanted to find something with better, more durable and better looking design and came across this thread. I've been searching for a...- YingTK

Reply to review by 'yingtk' on item 'Sennheiser MOMENTUM On-Ear Headphone'
Agreed with this review and the above comments. Bought one after reading the reviews, but these on ears are a big disappointment. Booming bass, harsh treble, and incredibly high clamping while not isolating noise that well. It does perform better than beats at similar price range, but I think...- YingTK

Logitech UE6000
Thanks for your quick response. Yes, I think it is more proper to call it white noise :) This is in fact my first pair of ANC headphone. I guess I'm just not familiar with how they sound. I will give it some longer time of burning in, and hopefully it helps! Normally I give my equipment more...- YingTK

Logitech UE6000
Just got my UE6000, but I am not sure it this is a defective pair... In passive mode, comparing to my P5, it sounded flat and muffed, sure like a cloth was put between me and the headphone. Also, there is almost no bass... (I thought in innerfidelity, they said the ue6000s are on the bass...- YingTK
