Hey Head-Fi!   I need some help for my next IEM purchase! I'm not a complete stranger to IEM; I've had the Westone UM1, Sony XBA3, and JVC FXZ100, and liked them for various reasons: Westone UM1: my first IEM - great comfort and sturdy, but sounded veiled and muffled beside .... Sony...

I've tried the UM3X at a shop once, and it's definitely a fun IEM. but the trebles sound somewhat recessed to my ears. The Westones are really comfortable though.

What about the bass in the BA200s? From what I've read around, it seems like its not the IEM's strong suit, and I'd be loathe to miss out on the double basses and timpanis in an orchestral piece. Does anyone who listens to classical and voice with BA200 have any insights to share on this?

Picked up a XBA3 yesterday from FS; its really a good deal at the FS price! About Comply tips, has anyone tried Ts 200 with the XBA3? Or are the T200 tips still the ones to go for?

What type of Complys are you using with your XBA3? T/Ts/Tx 200? Besides Complys, are there other decent tips with wide bores that work well with the XBA3?
