Need Hippo VB replacement with remote and mic. Under $200 preferably
I currently have a pair of Hippo VBs and I really enjoy them. Is there anything with a nice amount of bass under $200 with a remote and mic that sounds the same or better than the Hippo VBs? Also, I can't get anything with a plug fatter than the Hippo's or that absolutely requires an amp. So...- xboa2000

Panasonic RP-HJE900 Zirconia Review
How large is the plug on these? I have Hippo VBs and the plug barely fits in my iphone+case. If it's too big, is the Sleek Audio plug thinner? Also, is there a difference between the SA1 and SA6 cables other than the angle?- xboa2000

Do I have fake JBL Reference 220's?
I just registered the questionable JBL's on JBL's website. Weird... I look through the grill, and the PCB looks like a genuine one like this picture, but the top part of it is red.- xboa2000

Do I have fake JBL Reference 220's?
Thank you very much for your response, M2. That's exactly how I feel about the 220s. I am having trouble deciding on which to keep, since the 220s don't really sound better to me. If I can make sure that the 220s are real, I will probably keep them though. I got them both for about 30 bucks, and...- xboa2000

Do I have fake JBL Reference 220's?
I bought JBL Reference 220s from a dealer on Amazon. The box looks like this (not an actual picture of mine, but it looks exactly the same except for the sticker) However, when I opened the box, all that was included were the phones and the ear hooks. No tips, carrying case, adapters. I...- xboa2000

Best closed headphones for less than $50
I've been looking around and I noticed the ATH SJ5's and ATH-M30's. Are these any good? Are they comfortable. Right now I'm leaning towards the SJ5's, but I'm afraid that they don't completely cover your ears. I was also looking at the Philips HP460's. They seem pretty cheap. Are they any good...- xboa2000

Best closed headphones for less than $50
I recently bought Panasonic HTX-7s, but they never showed up and I got my money back. Now I'm rethinking my purchase. I would like to know what the best sounding closed circumaural headphones are for $50 shipped. I know it's not a very high price range, but I'm not really obsessive over music...- xboa2000
