Size of Heatshrink for Connections?
I am rewiring my headphones to a new plug, for the first time, and was wondering if anyone knew the size of heatshrink to use for the connectors (the actual connection points where the wires are connected to)? I know I can use epoxy but I saw a pic on here before of someone using...- Wsh

Need Advice On A DAC Solution for running PC/PS3
Hey Porter, Thanks for the suggestion! Yeah I think that's the only method it would support which is alright considering I don't have it hooked up to a 5.1 speaker system. My main concern is the noise. What kind of speakers do you have and do you get any noise?- Wsh

Which SoundCard to buy ? Asus Brand [Solved Xonar Phoebus]
I bought the Xense months (to a year?) ago. Still have it and very very pleased with it. The reason I bought the Xense over the STX or ST is because it provided the breakout 5.1 cable PLUS the benefit of a headphone amp. I don't have to unplug anything, use any type of...- Wsh

Is there a white TF10 custom cable?
Thanks for the replies, all. @Lurkumaural, when I got mine reshelled I opted to get a UE Pro cable but after a few months of hard use they started to oxidize pretty bad. I'd rather just get either white casing around my next cable or just go all out for silver ones.- Wsh

Is there a white TF10 custom cable?
I'm looking for a cable for my custom re-shelled TF10s. I am currently using the clear UE cable but is now oxidizing green so I am looking to replace it. I don't want another clear cable and was looking for a white alternative. Anyone have suggestions? Also these were reshelled...- Wsh

Quote: My apologies, heh, but I was one that was on the fence about it for the longest time. I know this thread isn't really for a lot of discussion BUT... I can say this, custom IEM's do go pretty far into your ear canal so I can see where his doctor would've raised some flags...- Wsh

Quote: Thanks! Quote: Why can't you have them? I would assume medical reasons? IEM's are great but custom IEMs are just on a different level, so much positive things I could say about it, worst part though is I can't just hand someone my pair to test, lol.- Wsh

InEarZ (Fisher Hearing) Custom Remold Owner's Thread
This is my custom TF10's. Thank you to Kaysen and Fisher Audio for all of your help and assistance. The process for me was for the most part painless. I did have a lot of back and forths with Kaysen to make sure that everything went smoothly. I live about 1hr 30min away from Fisher so...- Wsh

HiFiMan RE262 question
This is kinda late but I wanted to put my input. I own the RE262. The best tips I found were the stock olive tips with the smallest fit. My ear holes are fairly small but this provided the easiest maintenance and almost instant seal. If you're not getting a good fit with the olives...- Wsh

Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10 Thread
What do you mean by "stock"? The initial set of cables my TF10's came with was flimsy, but I called up Logitech and they sent me a replacement cable that was much sturdier and overall thicker as well. This to me is still considered stock though vs getting Lunes or Enyo cables.- Wsh
