conspicuous consumption...jk..that selling price is a bit of an eye-brow raiser though..to each his own i guess.

I know someone that owns these very same cans..They're awesome.  I would have bought a pair had i not went with my Grados.

I'm fairly new to audiophile headphones but from what i hear if clarity is what you're searching for then Senns are a good bet.  I dont own a pair but i've sampled some and they sound great.  Much more expansive soundstage when compared to other cans.

I'm fairly new too to the audiophile arena.  I bought a pair of Grado SR-225is that sound amazing. They are a bit pricey but you may want to look into the Grado line.  I believe the standard is the SR-60.
