So the cable finally failed. This is my second gr07 that fails. I ordered gr07x and I recabled my classics with success so I can use it till the new one comes.

Does anyone know where I can order Gr07x? They are out of stock everywhare. My Gr07 clasic is cable is failing.

Recesed I mean in volume compared with bass and tremble. Positioned in space in front and inside your head, I mean voices never feel like coming from back of your head.

I received the GR07 CE and I can tell they sound exactly the same in FR response and balance with MKII. I can only hear a little difference in treble but I beleive it is because they need burn in.

you can't access the nozzle unless you remove the drivers (and destroy the unit). In your case I would drop a little hot glue with a gun. It won't flow in the driver and if you make a mistake you can easily remove it with your fingernail and try again

I allready ordered the CE. I'm also curius if there is any change in sound sig vs the MKII

now that my mkii is dead I can't find a better iem without spending a ton of money, so I will buy a gr07 ce blue

there is a tiny wire coming from the coil that was cut or maybe i cut it when opened. Does anyone know where the coil should be connected and how to test the unit with multimeter?

i opened them and resoldered. no change. Then i reopened and now it's like this

 The right side of my gr07 stopped producing sound yesterday. I had them two years. I dont know what to do now, the other iems i have can't replace them
