Everything else seems built like a tank - same awesome case I've seen everyone else have, valid serial number on the back of the packaging. I'll see if I can pay for a repair, but I'm disappointed to have both of my pairs - m100s and t10is - in repair at the same time. Can't stand the terrible...

I too found it odd. Here the bend is in its current state. Update: Now no longer getting sound at all from one ear after another trip and some more bending

Warning: The 3.5mm connector at the end can break. I've only had mine 4 days and am overall pretty impressed, but took them out of my pocket this morning to find the plug split in half, bent at 45 degrees or so. Was able to bend it back to 10 degrees, but now I have to worry about it breaking...
