How do i get my poly to hotspot mode so i can configure it? push pin for 5 seconds doesn't seem to work anymore. I hear an update changed something.. but the manual download from chord page still says push for 5 seconds.

So how do i put poly to hotspot mode, to check the firmware version.. holding the pin down doesn't seem to be doing anything. Also would like to add pw now that its possible.

Visited my retailer today, and got my poly replaced for the power on issue. My poly was S/N: P021163. They had received new polys recently so got a fairly new one, S/N: P026673, and so far so good, seems to be booting up <10seconds with 400gb mSD. No more jump starting with a charger.

playback was workign whine when it was flashing. I ques it was due to removing some non music files from the sd card.

Hmm, turned my poly/mojo on by plugging it to a charger, since it wont power on by turning mojo on. It connected fine to my network. And sdcard playback with MALP is working fine but the Poly led is flashing fast and cycling, red, green, and blue colors. Whats up with that?? okey now it stopped...

Library data isn't going to be much, 227bytes per song for extended id3 tags and ofc it should ignore cover art since that is going to be bit big over bluetooth. But 5000 songs ends up being about 1.2MB.. that isn't too bad...

Yah.. i would be fine with a simple browse by folder system, shouldn't be too hard to implement. But playlists only.. i don't even use playlists

This is such a active thread that i havent been able to follow much. Any official news on the Poly boot up problem with older Mojos? Is it firmware fixable, or is there going to be a hardware fix on Poly? and how long when the new Polys will be available? I hope i don't have to buy a now Mojo :/

So I can SSH into my Poly and run any given software on it, like FTP server to transfer files to mSD... What are the root username and password for Poly? ...Poly is far from open.

Any MPD clients out there that also scrobble to Last.fm? Could you consider including scrobbling in the Poly app when controlling mSD trough bluetooth?

The configuration web server is only running when poly is in hotspot mode? Would be convenient to access that page with a browser when poly is just connected to a network.

Yes i would if i had the money for it, would be great for getting replacement parts for machines quickly. Networking solutions are so cumbersome on the go, I'm already sick of initial delay on upnp playback, and running a hotspot is just silly. Yes bluetooth streaming isn't up to the quality...

So Poly has AptX, but does it have AptX-HD (upto 24/96)? Some Android phones already have AptX-HD.
