what two pre amp stages? how is the bellari a pre?

Hey guys I need a bit of help, I have a D1 and a Bellari HA540 amp. Using the D1 as a dac and pre amp, what should the volume on the D1 be set to? Thanks

Nice glad it worked out. What kind of amp do you have? Im a bit new to this stuff, looking to get my first tube amp.

Maybe try a tackle box with bigger compartments and add foam or liner yourself. I'm sure you can find one to store a few tubes in.
