Need Some Help On How To Proceed....
You gotta be kidding me. Sony makes, stocks and will sell you a battery compartment door, and you're upset that it costs five bucks? If I were you I'd order one while they're still available, and thank whomever you thank for things like this for your incredible good fortune.- waffenschmidt

Batch converting WAV's in subfolders to MP3's using LAME???

I haven't used RazorLame for a while, but if I remember correctly, you just drag the parent folder into the RazorLame file window. That should add all of the child folders and their files to the RazorLame list. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works.- waffenschmidt

Ipod 5g and mp3gain
I don't claim to be an expert on this, but this is my understanding. MP3Gain can eliminate clipping that would otherwise be introduced during the MP3 decoding process when the value of the frame being decoded exceeds some value. I don't believe this has anything to do with the player being...- waffenschmidt

Good match for ipod mini for running
Koss KSC-35s, the ultimate workout cans. Looks like we have a common theme here. The KSC-75, Sportatpros and KSC-35s are similar (or maybe the same) drivers in a different form factor. They do have accentuated bass, which to me makes them my last choice for critical listening but my first...- waffenschmidt

Help with normalizing...
MP3Gain is the way to go. Leave it set to the default 89db. You have two options:Track Gain: All tracks are changed to be the same relative loudness Album Gain: All track on an album are raised or lowered by the same amount, keeping the relative loudness between album tracks intact Analyze all...- waffenschmidt
