Anyone know where I can buy spare/replacement memory foam ear pads?

I took a look at BOSE headphone earpads and found the BOSE QC3 and BOSE OE2 to be potentially similar in size to the JVC Flats. However, the QC3 earpad has a hard plastic structure in the back which I fear might not fit well with the Flats. The OE2 pads look good so I'm ordering a pair and will...

    Why no love for Phillips?

I've always been curious why scarcely anyone is interested in Phillips. They have a really comprehensive product range as far as I see, and their design has always been my favorite. I'm currently looking to move up one level (from the <$15 range) and the Philips SHL5200 CitiScape Metro look...

    need new in-ear phones/earbuds for S9 ~25$

I don't have much to add as I'm a newbie, but thanks DervishD for the impressions on the HA-FXC50. There aren't many reviews on it yet. It's also $15 shipped at NewEgg right now, so I might grab it as my first pair of IEMs.

AHH!! Freak accident with foam stuck in ear!!

Nice story there. You should have tried sticking a toothpick into the foam (but not your eardrum) and fishing it out.

    JBuds J3 Micro Atomic?

Someone just posted a non-professional review. The trebel is said to be overpowering, so the reviewer prefers the J2. But I guess if J2 is known to be too bassy to most people here, the J3 would be an improvement.

    Some pretty Philips

The SHE9551 and the SHE9620. They are probably the prettiest IEMs I've seen and are under $25. GoodGearGuide reviewed both and gave both 4/5 stars. But they're not audio specialist, so I just want to see how good these are by Head-Fiers' standards.

    JBuds J3 Micro Atomic?

There are 3 reviews on Amazon now, but they're all fluff. Oddly they're not listed on JBuds official site nor can they be found on Google Products. They look very nice, and being the sequel to a somewhat good model, I hope they are a good deal for $30.

    Lenntek Sonix IEM

Nevermind I found a good review on Abi and a short video on Buy.com. Oh yea and the J&R link here.

    Lenntek Sonix IEM

These are on sale again at J&R for $20 + shipping, only the red ones. For the price they seem fine but I need to see a good review and some pictures. Also they are discontinued since they're not on Lenntek's site at all.

    Recommendations for my first pair

@ljokerl Lol those PL30 are probably the ugliest IEMs I've ever seen. But I'll look into it, if it's really good I could sacrifice a little on the look. And about V-Modas and Radius, I know they're bass-oriented so it seems to make sense with hip-hop and R&B. @nkk Well these are my...

    Recommendations for my first pair

Thanks for the tip on nuforce. Never heard of the company before but the reviews make them seem pretty nice. But $50 +$7 ship makes it a little bit more expensive than all my other choices.

    Recommendations for my first pair

Now that summer's here I finally have time to get a good pair of IEMs. Actually I've been looking around for a while but couldn't ever decide on one. I've never EVER spent money on headphones before, so I have pretty much zero experience. Right now I have countless pairs of crappy earbuds and...
