PC speakers recommendations
I'm presently using the Tivoli Model Two for computer speakers and its sounds pretty good, especially in the near field. Since its a single driver per box I believe the sound is more coherent. You could add a Tivoli or other sub at the same time or in the future. This turned out to be better...- vba

The power supply you referenced in your previous thread from Amazon/Parts Express will definitely work just fine. This is the same one I use. Sonic Impact T-Amp w/ Alesis Monitor Two's?
I'm using a t-amp to drive B&W DM601s3's. 88 dB sensitivity at 8 ohm nominal impedance. Get's plenty loud for me. Recently hooked it up to my Proac Super Tablette's, I believe these are ~84 dB/1watt. Doesn't go as loud, but sounds good.- vba
