I tried the E5 once, but I didn't notice much more than a volume boost...the M50 really don't need an amp to enjoy, so don't worry about an amp right now. You can always save up for a Mini3 or a used Headsix, both of which go for ~$100-120. For now, use the M50s straight out of your source...

Got my Shure Olives in, and I love the sound with these, as well as the fit/comfort. But there's a problem...They were quite difficult to get on, and I'm worried about removing the tips...How do you all remove the Olives without breaking the DBA-02 nozzle? I think someone just said to do it...

Works fine, just make sure the Fuze is set to MSC mode before you connect it. The one time I didn't do this, I bricked the player and had to replace it. Also, there's a chance you won't be able to find your music (through the computer) on the Fuze if you do that...other than that, works fine...
