Yes, that is the hope! I mentioned in my initial post that I have Comply tips on the way. I will report back once I have had a chance to try the E40's out with them.

Thanks for the heads up! If the Phantom's sound anything like the E40's and fit better, I would be thrilled with the $89 price.   Edit: I should also clarify that the short nozzle would not be a problem if the tip itself was longer. As it is, the silicone tip ends only about 2-3 millimeters...
