Low end. Cheap. Generic. Otherwise bang for buck cable thread!

Sorry. Didn't know. Do they sell fakes always or sometimes?

I bought KZ ZS7 earphones from them. They sound real or at least not bad. If you want to be 100% sure you can buy the cable from the official TRN store on aliexpress. $2.5 more is not that much for your peace of mind.

My very subjective review of a few-. cheap cables: I rate the cables like that(subjective) from worst to best: Cheap $3-$5 ones tiny, metallic sound(not much but…), the earphones fall off sometimes, the buttons sometimes get confused and up the volume instead of skipping the song, poor mic ...

[FiiO M3K] Probably the Most Cost-Effective Hi-Res Music Player, Discrete HiFi DAC Chip, Supports up to 384K/32B

You still have the original FiiO player in the rockbox firmware, you choose which one to boot on startup. You lose nothing.

Tried to install all the themes at once, got a bootloop. Reinstalled rockbox firmware, now I install them 5-6 at a time, no problem. One reboots the device (rock it maybe ) , most work, but some are very hard to read. Xhibition and carbon are the best IMO.

Awesome. No clicks, tags are ok, many themes. As you can see I didn't even notice the voice recorder in stock firmware, but I see no problem here. If you need voice recording just reboot the device from rockbox to fiio player. It is there. Oops, I almost forgot - many thanks.

Wow. It would never occur to me that they would build the hardware but leave it out of the software.

The good thing about the Rockbox firmware is that you do not lose the stock fiio player, you can szelect it on start up. Pros: 1.Much quicker to see the whole id3 tag 2. Many many sound settings(well some exit with error - perceived bass)but most of them work 3. Battery...

    Shanling M0 - Smallest Hi-Res Portable Player - New Firmware V3.6

Not exactly the same setup - Xiaomi Redmi Note 5a prime + KZ ZS7 / Fiio M3K / Shanling M0. Does it sound better? Mmm not sure. Each of them sounds different. Some songs I like on one of the players, some on the phone, some are awesome on the players with a bit of eq tuning. Are the players...

Yep. My Samsung 128 gb works fine. Only sometimes it freezes while updating the library after new files have been added but a single reboot fixes this. No problems with losing track of songs, freezing or rebooting after that.

One more thing, is it possible to see accentuated letters in tags instead of Chinese characters?
