The internal speaker on the find 7 is far from "lousy" it may not be amazing and hi-fi, but it is better than almost every single smart phone speaker I have heard besides maybe the original HTC one rooted with beats uninstalled. It is also very loud and does not distort.

I can confirm the same with the included in-ears with the find 7a. They sound very good. They are smooth, comfortable and clear, but they definitely lack in bass.

I decided on fiio e07k so that I can doc it in the eo9k later and have the convenience factor of having one dac and not having to plug in and out cables when I want to use headphones vs speakers.
