Shure se215 vs Sony XBA-3 vs Philips SHE9850
I can't comment on the other two but personally I don't think the XBA-3 has enough bass for the music you listen to.- Trikky99

V-MODA Crossfade M-80 Reviews
I wouldn't be concerned if the the materials were something solid like plastic, but the headband feels like suede or some other fabric. Good to know though.- Trikky99

V-MODA Crossfade M-80 Reviews
Can anyone who has the white/pearl comment on if they eventually start looking dingy or dirty after a while? I have the black version and was thinking of getting the white ones with custom shields for my sister.- Trikky99

Options for a road cyclest!
I've tried using open portables and earbuds while riding but the wind noise forces me to turn up the volume of my music to uncomfortable levels. In my experience some low profile IEMs are the best option although the sound isolation makes riding on the streets a bit more dangerous than it...- Trikky99

Bose QC15 vs ATH-m50
The QCs are more grainy with a prominent v-shaped sound sig. The sound quality on the M50s is a step above the Bose, but with time I'm sure you can grow to appreciate their sound if the comfort issue bothers you that much. If you have the chance to have a more extended audition them them...- Trikky99

Recommendations for a Portable Small Sport Style Source
+2 on the Clip+ or Zip. I use mine when cycling, jogging, and weight training and it works out in all situations pretty well. I usually clip it to my gloves, pocket, or waist and it has never fallen off as well as being very light. Physical buttons also really help so you don't have to look down...- Trikky99

The Offical Unoffical SNES Thread
Quote: I was talking about the d-pad more in comparison to other controllers. I used to use the old xbox controller S on my computer and the d-pad just felt better than the 360 version. The 360 version has a cheap feel to it and pressing the down direction makes a weird click and doesn't...- Trikky99

The Offical Unoffical SNES Thread
For the guys using the xbox 360 controller, how do you feel about the d-pad? Do you even use it? I think it's pretty horrible but having four xbox controllers collecting dust is kind of tempting for computer gaming/emulators.- Trikky99

Koss Portapro Thread
Have you tried removing the foam pads and cleaning anything that might be touching the drivers first? I had a similar problem and cleaning them worked for me.- Trikky99

Cowon J3
Coming from an owner of a clip+ and S9 I prefer the Cowon. I use both players with a flat eq, to my ears the Cowon just sound fuller even though it doesn't have as much bass. If you want to upgrade just for sound quality I'd suggest saving your money because both sound good to me.- Trikky99
