1) Wash and scrub them.  Get all the girt and grime out of the foot beads. 2) Let them dry out 3) Nuke them with hydrogen peroxide. This will kill all the bacteria.  Pour it on until it no longer fizzes anywhere. 4) Cover them in baking soda paste 5) Throw them in the freezer for 2+ days...
