Thanks for the response twister6!  I don't live in the US so I cann't rely on these vendors... Right now I'm thinking about one of the DAPs from L&P, specially the upcoming L3 but reliability and customer service are big concerns for me.

Sorry for asking a noobs question, but what's your experience with L&P customer service in case there are something wrong with the players? I guess we have to send it to China? Also, I'm curious if the battery can be replaced...

So I just got the X3 today. It comes with a clear plastic case underneath instead of the silicon case. I'm thinking of applying one of those decals/stickers that comes with the player to have a little bit more protection on the front... A quick question: can these stickers be easily removed...

Thanks. I just grabbed an a73 on the marketplace. And now want to catch up on it when waiting its arrival  Member archy121 suggested that this IEM is an upgrade from the Yamaha EPH-100 but I want to know other opinions as well...
