I also got my D8000 Pro LE a month ago and it's been great so far. I do add a 4db sub bass boost and bring down just a bit the 1k. It sounds so good with many genres. I think I listen to quite low/medium volume because even with the bass boost, I haven't noticed any rattling yet. Just great bass.
