I have the Mest (first) and the Arya (stealth). The Arya sounds way warmer and fuller than the Mest. The Mest is pretty dry and defined in comparison. For me, I think, I would not like a warmer sound than the Arya have.

Couple years back I bought some Mest and till this day these are my endgame IEM's. I have some Hifiman Arya stealth too but I prefer the Mest. I have Apple Music and a Macbook Air and its a fantastic combo with the UM Mest. Way better than my Topping D90. The audio enhancement of Apple Music...

Does anyone had the opportunity to audition a LCD-5? How are they compared to the Arya stealth? All I can find are comparisons to the Susvara. I suppose the LCD-5 has less bass, less upper treble, less comfort and you can buy three Arya's for the price of one LCD-5.

Thank you, but no, I meant the 3.5mm line out on top of the Hiby R6 to connect -----> with the COA input of the D90se. The Hiby comes with a cable and I thought I can use it as an alternative to stream my digital music to the D90se. But maybe this line out is analoge?

I try to connect my Hiby with the 3.5mm to RCA cable to my Topping D90se which doesn't work. Is this not a digital output? Or not a digital cable?
