My R3 won't let me connect to 3.5mm jack anymore. It's stuck on "BAL" and will only play either on bluetooth or balanced out and the "Output Selection" on play settings is greyed out. I've already tried restoring to factory settings, downgrading the firmware, but nothing works. Anyone else...

I think I won’t be using Tidal on my R3 until it’s more stable, it’s annoying to keep getting error messages.

Using firmware 1.11 Now I get the error code for Tidal instead of the “Tap subscribe for trial” message. So what are we supposed to do now, send this to Hiby support? Time reverting to HK time zone seems to have been fixed

Nice little set up for working out with my R6. I have an R3 which is more practical for gym use but until we get Tidal offline working with it I’m gonna stick to this for now.

Two things that is quite annoying about my R3: 1. The time always defaults to Beijing time whenever it connects to Wi-Fi 2. I always get Tap “Subscribe” to start free trial on certain songs in Tidal. I have a valid log in, I can play most of my playlists I’ve no problem streaming songs, no...

R3 on its own drives my HD600 and custom DT770 Pro 80 ohm at around 80-90 volume level. I only have FiiO A3 amp, when it’s connected to the R3 I normally put the dial between 6-7 and R3 volume at around 70s.
