IMR Audio : Sonic Adventures & Impressions
it's good. The problem with IEMs that have bone conduction drivers, like the Avalon, is that they require very deep instertion. otherwise, in my case, I lose a lot. and unfortunately, I can't get it with tips other than the original little silicones from IMR. but indeed, with the black nozzle...- Tiaa

I found a friend who also listens to drum and bass. welcome my friend. for me, I still haven't found my dream IEM. I also find that there is still a lack of sub bass. I always have to increase the region below 125 Hz at the max and that swells me up. I hesitate to invest in empire ears hero...- Tiaa

Cayin N8ii: The Incredible DAP with ROHM DAC and fully BAL Nutube
I Know, but for me it's about feeling it. With components that can goes as low, I can feel the difference. Don't ask me why, it's like that. And if it doesn't bother anybody, why not to propose it?- Tiaa

Cayin N8ii: The Incredible DAP with ROHM DAC and fully BAL Nutube
then, I know and I am still waiting for this answer. but when I have a dap (my fiio m11 pro) which manages to go down to 5 hz and the fiio fh7 which also manages it. then I feel the very sub bass. it is something between hearing and feeling. It always makes me think of the subsonic sounds...- Tiaa

I look forward to hearing from you after the burn in. I know Bob doesn't use a crossover. I think it could improve the bass without darkening the rest. but what he does is already great.- Tiaa

IMR Audio : Sonic Adventures & Impressions
it's very interesting. thank you. I will consider that. but maybe I'll wait for the new IMR ranges. for me, I would like a large DD, 14.6 mm like the zenith 2 seems acceptable to me with 1 smaller DD and the ESTs configured forward for more intimate voices. I listen to a lot of vocal music...- Tiaa

I understand this is boring. but I think Bob does his best and it's not always easy. no one is perfect and i am sure he will get better. Let's be indulgent. the most important thing for me is that in the end I will receive my Avalon and that I will enjoy it. patience is a virtue and I do look...- Tiaa

IMR Audio : Sonic Adventures & Impressions
Hello, I'm a sub bass fan and I'm still looking for my endgame toy. I'm eyeing the legend x from empire ears. IMR's products are extra for bass and sub bass. but I want more. does anyone own the legend x? and could tell me if it is worth facing IMR? the legend x goes down to 5 Hz 🥰- Tiaa

IMR Audio : Sonic Adventures & Impressions
the nozzle system is fine. the only problem I find is that it weighs down all the frequencies. I would like the bass and sub bass to have substance, but for the rest to remain clear. I also hope that he will once use a pure silver cable. I find it gives a more airy feel and the detail with...- Tiaa
