yes, happened to me, too. Google play services error and the google settings app showed up in android mode, And never installed any additional apps so far. Just uninstalled google play services and it disappeared. nothing to worry about.....

the critical thing with H6 is the narrow part at the headphone where you put in the connector. On a length of approx. 8 mm the connector should not be thicker than 7 mm (the connector itself is 3.5mm as defined...) . So after the connection part not more than double the diameter of the pin...

hello George,   main reason is to save (and restore) my playlists after factory reset, which seems to be unavoidable in case of some firmware updates. and the playlists are somewhere saved in the depths of the android system. and not accessible w/o rooting.

question: did anybody rooted the X7 and did backup?   if yes and successful, which apps did you use?   asking the question because it is a good feeling as an Android noob (sorry, using i-stuff) if somebody already succeeded.....   and yes, searched all the 654 pages of this thread and did...

+1 for the post of ddtdave i am happy with my X7, sounds great and works flawless. So, why care about 2 GB instead of 1 GB when using as music player and not as an Android gimmick? The UI is even with the 1 GB superfast. What is great with FiiO is they care about their customer, I never seen...
