I don't have another cable right now, but switching the right and left cable side was the first thing I did. Both right and left cable sides work perfectly on the right earpiece no matter how much I bend it. With the left earpiece, sound cuts out using both right and left cable sides unless it's...

So I just received my blon bl03 and have bad luck. The left side sound cuts out and doesn't come back unless I bend the cable left or right. I tried swapping the cable sides so it's definitely not the cable. Anyone know a fix? I'm also in contact with the seller to see about a replacement.

If you're sensitive to highs, I wouldn't recommend the X5. Although the treble doesn't extend that high it's pretty strong/boosted. Other then that, it's sub-bass does satisfy.

Actually had the same experience with the ed9, the bass was ok (weak if you come from consumer headphones) but I definitely had sibilance with some tracks. Edit: Did try foam mod and taping the back but it helped only slightly.

I have the ed9 as well and agree that it's a little bass shy for me, but with eq it's pretty great. My biggest problems with, is it can get too sibilant with some female singers and the cable is sticky and microphonic. Other than that, I love the clarity and clear vocals it produces.

Did you get the mic version or no mic of the kr49? Would love to see a comparison to the X5 as I'm looking for a bassy iem.
