How much do the Panasonic HJE900s cost?
Around $100 to $150. I believe a store had a deal a while ago on these for around $79 to $99.- theleonlion

million dollar business idea for free! seriously, though, someone should do this
There simply would not be enough demand. The high end photography market is incomparably larger than the high end headphone market.- theleonlion

IEM's to fall asleep with
Well, there are plenty of earbud reviews on Head-Fi. The Sennheiser MX580 is pretty terrific sound quality wise. I would be willing to sell you my unused pair or my Yuin PK3 (also terrific for sleeping) for a darn good price. Quote:- theleonlion

IEM's to fall asleep with
I use either my Sennheiser MX580 or my Apple iBuds to sleep. You could invest in a pair of 9Wave earbuds.- theleonlion

IEM's to fall asleep with
I would recommend purchasing a pair of earbuds. Honestly, the pressure buildup with an IEM may cause damage or infection (if your tips are dirty) to your ear if used nonstop for hours.- theleonlion

HifiMAN HE-6 Planar Magnetic Headphone
HiFlight quoted me for around sixteen inches. I can make do with a much shorter cable though. Quote:- theleonlion

HifiMAN HE-6 Planar Magnetic Headphone
Yup! I already messaged him but I was hoping for a slightly cheaper alternative. HiFlight quoted me $48 for the bare wire and $63 for the banana plugs. Quote:- theleonlion

Anyone willing to make me a pigtail cable (4-pin XLR to bare speaker wires or banana plugs) for a reasonable price?- theleonlion

Please Don't Kill Me. Need Amp for HiFiMAN HE-6 Prototype.
I think I'll have to go for the NAD C 316BEE unless someone convinces me otherwise. I'd hate to derail this thread but could someone quickly outline the major differences between the prototype and production versions? Thank you!- theleonlion

Any suggestions for a dedicated speaker amp? I don't think I will need the spiffy extras of a receiver. Quote:- theleonlion

Please Don't Kill Me. Need Amp for HiFiMAN HE-6 Prototype.
Yes. These are the notoriously hard-to-drive prototype HiFiMAN HE-6 planar headphones. Yes. I do need a new amp dedicated solely to them. And yes. I am on a budget. Although I can stretch to around $500, "the cheaper the better" as long as the headphones are adequately driven. ...- theleonlion
