Klipsch HP-3
Aside from some sort of corrosion on the metal frame, the drivers are fine. I use them frequently and sometimes handle them with abit of sweat on my hands, so I guess that's where the corrosion came from.- TetraEngine

Klipsch HP-3
I've designed and made mounting rings for the HP3 (link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5344396) and fitted brainwavz XL hybrids on them. They sound very similar to the stock pads, but because they are larger in every aspect, it's alot more comfy to wear! As for the driver replacement, I'm...- TetraEngine

Klipsch HP-3
I am currently using Brainwavz XL round Hybrid earpads and I found them to be quite similar in sound signature to the original HP3 earpads and they're now more comfy thanks to the velour texture. I've tried a few pads from Aliexpress and they just altered the sound too much and now they're just...- TetraEngine

The headband bothers me too and I can only listen to the HP3 for about an hour before the top of my head starts to hurt. Another user had...- TetraEngine

New: EarStudio HUD100 Hi-Fi USB DAC
Hmm I wonder how will this compare with the Fiio BTR5 and Qudelix 5K when it releases... Those two bluetooth capable receivers has great specs too and a built-in battery so it doesn't drain your phone/laptop's battery.- TetraEngine

Official Sony WF-1000XM3 Thread - Noise Cancelling True Wireless Earphones
Hmm so I'm using the Galaxy Note 10+ and I got these 1000XM3 anyways because it is convenient and it has ANC, but it doesn't have AptX. Just AAC and SBC. So which one of the two codecs should I use? I've read that AAC is a power hungry codec on Androids because it processes some psychoacoustic...- TetraEngine
