If I recall correctly, BSR57 was a good substitute for the SST310. You would have to go over all the pages of the PPAS thread to find the other substitute as the SST310 was already or was soon to be obsolete when the PPAS was first introduced so the BSR57 was chosen as a drop it substitute.

I was diagnosed with COPD last year from what the doctor guessed soldering. The fumes never bothered me so I did not do anything about them.
