Choosing neutral IEMs ~$100
Sorry, haven't tried the Shure tips but Comply foam tips will definitely fit on the 400s. Hopefully someone else can chime in on this...- SushiSage

Choosing neutral IEMs ~$100
Can't speak to the ms01, but I've had a pair of RE-400s since last year and haven't encountered any of the issues you mentioned. They're definitely a great neutral IEM that fits your criteria. I haven't gotten great isolation with the stock tips, but it seems you're already covered on that front.- SushiSage

New headphones(school is starting!) ~$70, foldeable, over/on ear, stylish.
The Audio Technica ES7s might fit your bill for the most part. They aren't collapsible, but the cups do swivel and they are quite portable and stylish imo. ~$70 on the classifieds occasionally.- SushiSage

RE-400 replacement tips
Anyone using non-stock tips for their Hifiman RE-400s? Haven't really been able to get a good seal and have been looking at getting some Comply tips. Also, any recommendations among the Comply tips too? There seem to be quite the variety available.- SushiSage

Good IEM for less than 100
I'll second the RE400s. Got em new for $100 late last year, but you can probably find them for around $70-80~ on the classifieds.- SushiSage
