I guess everyone has their own expectations. To me, sound quality is equally important too and Creative has always had players wuth top notch audio quality. Anything else less and I might as well listen to radio with equally bad reception.

Have you considered ZEN V Plus? I think it should be available soon for the V Plus. The V is selling already. Only difference is that the V PLus has got radio and Video playback. Screen is about the same size of the Zen Microphoto but the overall footprint of the player is much smaller...

How does it compare to the original Zen Micro Photo? Any improvements on the sound department for the photo over the original? I am seriously thinking of buying one for the capacity it comes in (8Gb) with the photo capability.
