Not sure how many others use these, but their "over ear" pads were much to small for me. I made some adapter plates for using larger pads for those who want that. You could shrink the OD if you just wanted different pads, but not larger. You can grab them on thingiverse

I have large ears and have my lobes stretched pretty big. I always go with the XLs for those reasons, but I understand that it is not everyone's preference
