  2. ISN AUDIO RAMBO

    4.00 star(s)
ISN Audio Rambo (earbuds) Those earbuds can be bought in Penon Audio store (direct link) A small point and look on the packaging: the box is rather modest but presents the product well with its pretty Rambo style logo on a generally dark blue color, and indicates the specifics of the product. Inside there are of course the headphones (well wrapped in a plastic bag), a small plastic clip, a set of pairs of black foam, a little strap and a nice little case. The cable is rather nice, it is soft but is a little memory (nothing very annoying in...

English is not my native language but I will (as always) trying my best. My review reflects exactly what I really think of the product itself. Note that my pair has been properly burned for about 200 hours before this review (yes! in burn-in: I trust) DAC / AMPs used during this review : Fostex HP-A8C (at home) FiiO E10K (at work) ★ OFFICIAL TECHNICAL SPECS ★ ★ PACKAGING ★ The earbuds comes in a nice little box which contain 1 set of black middle-thick foams, 1 set of black donut foams, a pair of rubber rings, a MMCX cable (designed to be...
  5. Blox YIN

    4.50 star(s)
English is not my native language but I will (as always) trying my best. I am not affiliated to anything/anyone, so my review reflects exactly what I really think of the product itself. Note that my pair has been properly burned for about 200 hours before this review (yes! in burn-in: I trust) Some of you probably already read my previous Blox TM9 review. This review won’t be a full new one as YIN is just the exact same as TM9 in term of box contain and earbuds look. I will only focus on the sound difference this time. Here we go, in less than...
  6. Blox TM9

    4.50 star(s)
English is not my native language but I will (as always) trying my best. I am not affiliated to anything/anyone, so my review reflects exactly what I really think of the product itself. Note that my pair has been properly burned for about 200 hours before this review (yes! in burn-in: I trust) TM9 is the actual flagship from Blox (made by Woo) - a small earbuds company living in Thailand. Blox is well known for selling small but excellent earbuds batches around the world. To me, buying Blox earbuds is always something magic, as you will be one of...
  7. NiceHCK EBX

    4.50 star(s)
English is not my native language but I will (as always) trying my best :) I am not affiliated to anything/anyone, so my review reflects exactly what I really think of the product itself. I bought EBX at a discount price in exchange of this honest review. Note that my pair has been properly burned for about 200 hours before this review (yes! in burn-in: I trust :)) ★ BUILD QUALITY AND ISSUES ★ These are my first metal earbuds with MMCX. Clearly these custom metal body looks really good overall, it changes from what we are used to currently see...
  8. Willsound PK32

    4.50 star(s)
English is not my native language but I am trying my best :-) Note that my pair has been properly burned for about 200 hours before this review (Willy preconize 100 hours minimum, but I found the sound to settle at approx 180 hours) Build quality and issues : Overall build quality is very good. I really like the white cable (the exact same as MK1 rev2 but from red to white), is has also the exact same plugs and Y-splitter from MK1. I found the plug to be better quality on my MK2 rev2 (much sturdier and better finish). Cable is not microphonic at...
  9. Blox BE3

    4.50 star(s)
*edit as of 15th feb 2015* : after so many hours passed with BE3, I decided to grab some weeks ago a pair of Edifier H180, and I found it even better than the Blox one. BE3 has more a V sound signature especially with more highs but less bass. H180 is the contrary, even thought it has also a V sounding signature, it brights in bass domain but highs sounds more true because has much more fidelity of source. Both pairs looks equals to me in mids part. BE3 has some problems with reproducing low frequencies, it sounds weird in some rare musics which is...
  10. Baldoor EarBell E100 MK1

    4.50 star(s)
PACKAGING :   Earphones cames with a nice little box and 2 pair of white foamies (1 pair of donut and 1 pair of classic covered). I’m always using donuts one since it provides some slightly more details in mids/highs. Too bad that Mrice didn’t provided black foaming with it’s black version (or maybe it’s an error), so getting white foaming into black looks a bit strange.     BUILD QUALITY :   Mrice (obsoletely named Baldoor) E100 is the best earbud construction I’ve ever seen so far from these years and blows the competition away, clearly. It...
